This sequel to the technical manual Kensan, follows the same easy to use format and is again in both Japanese and English using continuous photos to show the techniques with a simple written instruction. This book is a must for any Karateka interested in developing and improving their Ura-Waza and Kumite skills.

There is nothing I can write that I wish to add to the introduction I wrote so I will put it simply. There are better books in world, Catch 22, Love in the time of Cholera, 1984, Divine Comedy.... But none of them are on Karate!
In my opinion this is it, THE book on Kyokushin, THE book on Karate.
